Although there were more label colors than shown here, these are the different label designs used by Proverb, shown in chronological order. Since #1008 (Rev. Lee P. James b/w the late “Fantabulous” Little Joe) is an early number, shown here with a later design, it’s probably a reissue. Some of the labels may have been in use concurrently (3rd and 4th). The last label shown has a reference to Kent Gospel Records; Kent took over distribution for Proverb and Gospel Corner in 1971 probably.
