- Since there’s no mention of Gospel Corner Records, this photograph probably predates their connection with this label. According to the back cover of LP 515 (released in c. 1972, covering recordings made between c. 1969 and 1972), this group was formed in 1958 as the New Bethel Singers (no recordings are known to exist) and was re-organized in 1966 as the Gospel Revelators. The photograph is likely from c. 1966-1968.
