- This album was recorded on April 3 & 4, 1968, in New York City (Atlantic studios). In the group were: Sylvia Shemwell (lead on A4), Myrna Smith (lead on A3), Estelle Brown (lead on B1, B4) and Cissy Drinkard (lead on all other tracks).
- Cissy Drinkard (Emily “Cissy” Drinkard) sang with the Drinkard Singers on Savoy (1954-56), Verve (1957), RCA (1958) and Choice (1961-62), before forming the Sweet Inspirations.
